He Was Impressive
I contacted FASTSIGNS of Tuscaloosa to help us with our outdoor sign that would not illuminate. They were quick to come and diagnose what the issue was. We had to have the sign rewired. They were easy to communicate with and scheduled the repair quickly. Our installer, Dallas, came at the appointed time. He greeted me and let me know briefly what he was going to do. He got right to work. He worked in the direct hot sun and kept a smile on his face the entire time. He was pleasant on every interaction we had. He was a steady worker and was eager to do the job well. He removed the sign to work on the electrical part. Another employee cleaned the sign before it was put back together. It looked like a brand new sign when they were finished with it! Another thing I noticed was the way Dallas cleaned up. He scoured the sidewalk area for lost screws. He checked the parking lot area for anything that might have been left behind. He even backed out his work truck, got out of his vehicle again to check for any debris that might have rolled under the truck. He answered my queries and kept a good attitude even in the direct sun. He was impressive. He was a fantastic representative for FASTSIGNS of Tuscaloosa. If I need any signage help in the future I will use them again. I will also recommend them every chance I get!
