  • Lane Pence - Owner & Chief Sign Officer

    Owner & Chief Sign Officer
    Lane has always had an interest in signage and design. After graduating from Miami University (Love & Honor) with a degree in Marketing and a brief stint working for Major League Soccer, Lane pursued a traditional corporate career path culminated in several leadership Sales & Marketing roles at publicly traded companies.

    Lane comes from a long line of business owners and entrepreneurs and he and his wife launched her business in Madeira in the early 2000s. He also moonlighted as a design and branding consultant where he helped local Cincinnati companies create everything from company names and logos to web sites, promotional materials and brand stories.

    After years of searching for the right business, Lane found FASTSIGNS Central Cincinnati in late 2016. The original owner Jeff Cline was retiring and looking for a successor. When Lane asked Jeff is he thought it was a good fit, Jeff replied, “If you’re looking for a sign, this is it.” Truer advice was never given.

    Lane liked the industry and impressive customer base that Jeff developed, including professional and college sports teams, construction firms & architects and property management companies. Lane is excited to combine his branding, design and sales experience with a great signage team to continue building FASTSIGNS Central Cincinnati.

    Completely Fake Fun Fact: The movie “Lincoln” is based on Lane’s life story.

  • Trevor Gorman

    Sales & Project Management

    Trevor joined FASTSIGNS in 2020 with over a decade of sign project management and sales experience at both local fabricators and national sign companies. Trevor has done it all in signage. He started installing signs in 2003 for a large local sign installer and progressed to sales and project management roles at local Cincinnati and national sign companies. In addition to working with local businesses, Trevor’s focus is commercial construction, property management, facilities management, local chains and national accounts.

    Completely Fake Fun Fact: Trevor will go down in competition barbecue lore for winning the first and last annual 2011 World Turnip Barbecue Championship in Peru, Indiana.

  • Nate Wolf

    Sales & Project Management

    Nate is a Cincinnati native and University of Cincinnati graduate in Sports Management. While at UC, Nate was a 5-year trainer for the UC Football team. After graduation, Nate worked several years for a signage company focused on schools, universities and sports teams. Nate joined FASTSINGS in 2020 as a Sales & Project Manager focused on local businesses, schools, universities and sports teams. Nate works with everyone from local small businesses to athletic directors to professional sports front offices to develop signage solutions.

    Completely Fake Fun Fact: Due to a scheduling conflict, Nate was forced into action and played several downs of special teams during UC’s 2018 Military Bowl victory over Virginia Tech.

  • Mike Williams

    Center Manager

    Mike is a Cincinnati local and LaSalle High School alumni who joined FASTSIGNS in early 2020 after leading sales at a local large format print wholesaler. In addition to working with customers, Mike manages the production process, manages suppliers and coordinates installation. Mike has a passion for signage and takes pride in his material knowledge. During the early days of Covid, Mike worked tirelessly with new and old vendors alike to make sure we sourced materials for our customers while others faced stock-outs.

    Completely Fake Fun Fact: Mike once free-climbed K2 wearing a sombrero.

  • Meghan Bush

    Lead Designer

    After design coursework at Northern Kentucky University and Southern New Hampshire University, Meghan earned a degree in Visual Communications and Graphic Design in 2019. Meghan previously designed banners, yard signs and promotional materials for small businesses at a print shop. She joined FASTSIGNS – Cincinnati – Highland Ave. in early 2020 as our lead designer and production artist. Meghan’s favorite projects are large wall murals and brand environments.

    Completely Fake Fun Fact: Meghan enjoys taking daily long walks with her 10 dogs and 10 cats.

  • Dennis Schmidt

    Production Manager

    Dennis originally started his signage career at our center over 10 years ago as a sign production specialist. He moved to Florida and worked at another FASTSIGNS for many years. While in Florida, Dennis obtained a degree in three-dimensional design and gaming graphics from Full Sail Univeristy. Dennis returned to Cincinnati in 2020 to be closer to family and we are glad to welcome him back to the team. Dennis is an experienced sign fabricator, installer and production artist.

    Completely Fake Fun Fact: In 2013, Dennis played second chair tambourine for the heavy metal band Helix during their Signs of Fun tour.
