Erika is a goal-oriented manager and team leader who excels in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Specializing in creative out-of-the-box solutions, she always achieves customer satisfaction and exceeds business goals.

In her free time, Erika enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time outdoors with her Fiancé and dog.

Rick has 25 years of sign experience. He grew up in a "sign family!" He operates the crane truck and fabricates more intricate signs. When not working, Rick enjoys spending time with his daughter.

Don has a Bachelors Degree in graphic design. He has been  designing for work, friends and family for over 20 years. He has experience as an art director and in sign shop management. He enjoys the variety of work he does at FASTSIGNS. On any given day, he can be making signs, installing signs or doing creative design work. He views every new task as a learning experience.

In his free time, Don enjoys competitive online gaming, puzzles, miniature and tabletop games, motorcycle rides and being yelled at by his cat!
