Cohesive Branding Empowers Special Olympics Arkansas’ New Chapter

The Challenge:

When the Special Olympics of Arkansas (SOAR) moved into their North Little Rock headquarters, initial architectural renderings failed to meet strict brand
specifications. The provided artwork lacked production quality and the specific color palettes essential to the nonprofit’s identity. With the building still under construction, SOAR needed a trusted partner to take full ownership of the visual environment, correct technical specs and manage a large-scale project while they focused on their mission.

The Solution:

FASTSIGNS® overhauled the design strategy, recreating all digital files to ensure a cohesive brand presence. To establish a strong exterior identity, the team installed 30-foot illuminated dimensional letters to identify the building from a distance. Inside, the solution focused on celebrating the organization’s supporters through a 20-foot expandable sponsor wall with over 80 individual plaques. Strategic material choices enhanced both durability and
aesthetics. FASTSIGNS streamlined the 26-foot hallway display using solid panels. This approach minimized installation time while maximizing the visual experience, turning a transitional space into an immersive athlete showcase. Throughout the facility, acrylic dedication plaques, mission statement banners and custom- branded ADA signs ensured every corner reflected the organization’s visual DNA.

The Result:

By presenting fully developed solutions, FASTSIGNS saved the SOAR leadership weeks of back-and-forth, allowing them to focus on their community programming. The project successfully transformed a new construction site into a professional headquarters that honors their 40-year history. FASTSIGNS took the pressure off the customer and was passionate about keeping to brand standards, ultimately bringing the brand to life for every athlete they serve.
