Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware and Susquehanna Valley moved into a sterile, gray office that lacked the magic inherent to their mission. Their goal was to create a branded, joyful sanctuary for children. An unexpected crisis arose when another vendor delivered unassembled structures — a wishing well and treehouse — without installation support. The nonprofit required a partner to solve this technical hurdle while executing a large-scale visual transformation under a tight grand opening deadline.

The team executed a phased installation plan over several months, ensuring the new headquarters was ready for its reveal. A wide array of custom visuals brought the office to life. Translucent and Ready-to-Apply vinyls added vibrant pops of color, while clear vinyl with white ink backers created sophisticated depth on glass partitions. Second-surface printed acrylics and frosted vinyl modernized the space, and a dimensional logo now anchors the lobby.
