A fast-growing brand in the telecommunications, electronic payment and cloud services sectors, ViVi Holdings, Inc. was moving to a new headquarters. The Brazilian-based company needed their new offices branded for their three subdivisions - ViVi Pay, ViVi Mobile and ViVi Tech - and for it to be ready for their team to move in and hit the ground running.
Working with and around existing architectural designs, signs and visual graphics were designed, produced and installed to extend ViVi’s branding, enhance décor and communicate with employees to help create a productive workflow.
Backlit dimensional logos and a digital display create a welcoming environment for guests and employees. Black panels with bold graphics mask exposed brick walls while adding to the branded decor.
Bold colors and frosted vinyl graphics applied to the glass partitions and doors promote safety and provide an element of privacy for employees to conduct business. Two stand-alone digital kiosks wrapped with the ViVi logo display products and promotions to engage visitors and keep employees updated with current information.
Custom-framed prints of world maps in the conference rooms and offices show the company’s global presence and help the team see the bigger brand picture. Inspirational quotes displayed in meeting areas provide motivation and promote company culture.
Bright, full vinyl wraps on employee break room doors identify the kitchen and lounge. Countertop graphics, wall graphics and logoed wallpaper accent the décor while providing a stimulating break area for staff. Custom name badges, lanyards and business cards extend the brand and provide an organized, consistent look for employees representing ViVi.
This branded, modern environment is a great example of how signs and visual graphics can be creative and vibrant, as well as functional. The signage communicates with employees and visitors alike while playing a part in the overall workflow of the office.
