Meet Our Team

Bobby has been a FASTSIGNS franchisee since 2010 and purchased FASTSIGNS West Houston in late 2014. He enjoys the daily problem solving required in this industry as well as coaching his sales team to create solutions for clients. He believes in investing in technology to provide the highest quality and speed for their clients. Prior to FASTSIGNS, Bobby was a commercial real estate broker and an entrepreneur in the sporting goods and automotive industries. He is a graduate of the Wolff Center For Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston.

Paula has been with FASTSIGNS West Houston for over 16 years and in the sign & graphics industry for over 20 years. She enjoys the fast pace of the business and the relationships she’s made with so many of her long-time clients.

Julio is our graphic designer and has the enormous responsibility of keeping up with design workflow and outputting prints. He has been in graphic design for over 17 years and with FASTSIGNS West Houston for over 6 years.

Jason has been in the signage industry for over 14 years and has been with FASTSIGNS West Houston since 2012. He makes sure that the production schedule stays on track and that we have the right materials in stock. He’s also our chief problem solver as we are usually going to him for ideas on how to turn an idea into reality. Jason is former police officer and Navy veteran.

Ricky has been in the sign & graphics industry for over 20 years and with FASTSIGNS West Houston since 2014 when he moved to Houston from Tyler, TX. Ricky is exceptionally talented at quality control and at keeping things around the shop safe

mi’Chelle is from the west Houston area however she started with FASTSIGNS in Austin, TX in 2014. mi’Chelle eventually moved back to Houston to be closer to family and chose to stay in the FASTSIGNS family. As a visual communications expert, mi’Chelle works closely with clients that need expert advice on large projects & nationwide rollouts. Working with signs and graphics gives her a chance to stay creative as her education was in Theatre Arts.

Kaitlyn serves as the first point of contact when you walk into our center. She has been in the printing industry since 2011 and has been with FASTSIGNS since 2016. Kaitlyn is known at our center for her incredible memory. She can usually tell you about the details of any order whether she’s involved with it or not.

Jay designs and oversees fabrication of all our ADA and engraved signs. He keeps up with all the specific requirements to meet ADA regulations and lets us know every time a customer’s requested sign won’t meet the guidelines. Jay has been with FASTSIGNS West Houston since 2008 and prior to that he was a professional model maker. He’s also one of the top collectors of Herbsaint absinthe.
