(HOUSTON, Tex.) February 7, 2017 – Local sign and visual graphics provider FASTSIGNS® of Houston, TX - West became their own first customer when construction hid their new storefront after they expanded into a larger, modern space at 2535 Blue Willow Dr.
“We found ourselves in the same position we so often find our customers in: needing high visibility so people could find us,” said Bobby Heckeroth, who owns FASTSIGNS® of Houston, TX - West with his father Bob Heckeroth. “Scaffolding from our building’s renovation was still in place, so we got right to work and made our own attention getting location signs. We also immediately provided clear directions from our old storefront to our new location so none of our established customers would be confused or frustrated.”
Heckeroth and his team provide comprehensive visual communications from banners to wall, window and floor graphics, architectural signs, trade show displays, wayfinding signage, digital signage, and more. Their move allows them to offer an even larger variety of products and services while streamlining production.
“Our customers are already excited about the expanded services made possible by our move,” Heckeroth said. “We’ve updated and expanded our product lines, improved processes, and even created an important new staff position as we retooled our entire center.”
Mi’Chelle Marion joined FASTSIGNS® of Houston, TX - West to provide outside sales services, which allows established and new customers to utilize Heckeroth’s center from the convenience of their own workplaces. Marion had worked for three years at other FASTSIGNS in Texas before joining FASTSIGNS® of Houston, TX - West. Marion said she’s looking forward to helping Heckeroth’s customers explore all the capabilities FASTSIGNS® of Houston, TX - West now offers.
“We retired our 10-year-old flatbed printer and upgraded to a larger and faster version,” Heckeroth said. “In addition to increased speed, this machine also allows us to print using white ink, which creates exciting new options for our customers’ projects. This includes printing directly on clear materials like glass or acrylic, but also on dark materials like black foam board.”
This year marks 30 years that FASTSIGNS® of Houston, TX - West has provided visual graphics solutions to help community businesses reach their goals, whether it’s to improve business visibility, raise brand awareness, or promote specific products or events.
