Franchisees, Tanveer Ziaur-Rehman and Sadiya Ahmed, officially took ownership of the center on April 1, 2019. Located at the busy intersection of University Drive and Jordan Lane, the team at FASTSIGNS® of Huntsville, AL consists of franchisees Tanveer Zia and Sadiya Ahmed as well as X’Avier Smith and Denise Bell.

An engineer by education, Ziaur-Rehman approaches the management of a sign project with an experienced view and an eye for quality and detail. As someone who maintains great relationships with other local small businesses, he always knows someone who can help solve a problem, large or small. Sadiya Ahmed, who owns the business with her husband was an elementary school teacher who has now converted into a full-time manager at FASTSIGNS® of Huntsville, AL.

X’Avier Smith, a Huntsville native, has been with the FASTSIGNS® of Huntsville, AL team for over 2 years as the Graphic artist and Production specialist. Both his degree in graphic design art and his practical and varied experience make him an expert in all types of materials and projects.
Denise Bell has a personal connection to the origins of this franchise as a native of Dallas/Ft. Worth area, where the corporate headquarters of FASTSIGNS is located. Denise is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration at Alabama A&M University and will be working in the role of Visual Communications Specialist at the center.
Sadiya and Tanveer look forward to serving the great community of Huntsville with all of their visual communication and signage needs. They will also become an active member of the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce.
