    Good Signs, but Proof Notification Needs Work
    I needed a couple of signs to accompany my small wooden boat at an upcoming wooden boat show. FASTSIGNS Issaquah did a good job. And as the name implies, they were fast — well, sort of. Their online e-processing and communications system delayed my approving a design proof. FASTSIGNS said they would send a second design proof, which never arrived. That is, no email arrived. I finally discovered the design proof was buried in a previous email where the proof was updated but with no notification. Bottom line: I had no way of knowing without checking previously received emails. Hopefully this can be corrected within their system. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to use them again.

    Exceptional Customer Service – Highly Recommend FASTSIGNS! We ordered a banner and post from the FASTSIGNS Bellevue location on 8/24 for an important event early in the morning on 8/31. Unfortunately, their notification email went to my junk folder, and I didn’t realize the order was ready until around 7:00 PM on Friday. By then, the store was already closed for the weekend and wouldn’t reopen until Monday at 9:00 AM—too late for our event. I called both the Bellevue and Issaquah locations and left messages around 7:30 PM. Luckily, Tylor from the Issaquah store responded that evening and offered to help, even though we hadn’t placed the order through his store. Since our business is only a few doors down from the Bellevue FASTSIGNS, he helped arrange for someone to get our banner and post to us. Keith went out of his way to come in on Sunday and personally drop everything off for us so we would have it in time for our event. We truly appreciate Tylor and Keith for going above and beyond. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for a customer—especially when the order wasn’t even placed through their location—really impressed us. This is what great customer service looks like. Thank you so much, Tylor and Keith! Highly recommend FASTSIGNS and their team!

    I’ve worked with FASTSIGNS in Issaquah on two outdoor sign projects, and both turned out great! Megan Cooper, the project manager, was incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. She got my quotes to me quickly and had both projects in production almost immediately after approval. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and easy from start to finish. They really do live up to their name. FASTSIGNS is fast at what they do, and the quality is great!
