Haylee has been with FASTSIGNS of Monroe since 2020. She brings a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and interpersonal skills to each project she touches. She  believes in fostering community growth and keeping it local. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family and pets, as well as exploring her creative side through gaming, art, and nail design. Ready to tackle any challenge, she is dedicated to achieving your Visual Communication goals.

Chad has been with FASTSIGNS of Monroe since 2023. He is married to his wife Karrie Ann and has 3 boys who are all in their adulthood of life with a brood of grandchildren that seem to keep multiplying! With his other career being a strength coach and personal trainer, he is the energy that keeps the team moving. He has served 3 years in the United States Army as a Paratrooper and Parachute Rigger. Chad is looking forward to expanding his role here at FASTSIGNS of Monroe, expanding his signage knowledge, and helping make this the best team we can be!

I am Rob “Fin” Jokela, a production specialist and installer for FASTSIGNS. With over 15 years of experience in the sign industry. I strive to use my knowledge and skills on every project I undertake. Sign work is my passion. Outside of work, I am an avid walker and hiker and I enjoy studying languages. My absolute favorite thing to do is spend time with my spouse exploring parks and different historic sites.

Doug is our Graphic Designer who has gone to school for car design but transitioned to graphic design. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports (LGRW, One Pride, Go Green), hunting and fishing, and customizing cars. He is also a huge nerd, so don't be surprised if he knows more about Pokémon than your kid, or if you find him learning how to play a nerdy card game with friends.

A dedicated member of the FASTSIGNS team since 2025, Mikayla brings a unique blend of creativity and care to her role, fostering a supportive environment for every project. In her personal time, Mikayla prioritizes her family—her husband Mikey and handsome boys, Maverick and Myles—and unwinds by enjoying action and mystery entertainment and pursuing creative outlets.

After 13 years working for a division of ROWMARK, J.R. and Tracy signed a Franchise agreement with FASTSIGNS in 2017. If you get a chance to drive around Monroe, you will see projects ranging from business cards to Billboards. In his spare time, J.R. visits his oldest son at college, his second-oldest son plays golf, and daughter around to all types of sport activities. If there is any time left, he hangs out with the family dog or goes out with friends to play golf.
