(ARLINGTON, Texas) October 23, 2017—Local entrepreneur Jody Lamb is the new owner of FASTSIGNS® of South Arlington-Mansfield; he purchased the franchise business earlier this year from former owners Myra and Dan Phillips, who had managed the location for 22 years and decided to retire.
FASTSIGNS of South Arlington-Mansfield’s team remains intact with more than 50 years of combined experience in the sign and visual graphics industry. Under Jody Lamb’s new ownership, he hired two new outside sales professionals, Kevin Gonzales and Kenneth Love, to accommodate the company’s aggressive growth and extensive customer base. Additionally, he added a new interior designer, Tammy Ragland, to expand their interior décor services.

Prior to owning FASTSIGNSof South Arlington-Mansfield, Jody was the Director of Sales Development at FASTSIGNS International, Inc.’s corporate office in Carrollton, Texas, which is the franchisor of more than 660 independently owned locations worldwide. He has more than 28 years of experience in the graphics industry and has served various consultant roles in sales and marketing.
“Going from working at corporate to owning my own FASTSIGNS franchise, I’m excited to tackle the new challenges of owning a small business and taking our products and services to the next level,” Lamb said. “For example, we can provide textured architectural films and finishes to beautifully transform surfaces and interior spaces for less cost.”
