Meet Our Team

Clark earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Carnegi e Mellon University. He returned to school sometime later and received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

He worked for several major companies in his career including General Motors, General Electric, and Molex Incorporated, holding various positions in Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing Management. He served as a Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award examiner for the National Institute of Standards (NIST) during the year 1990, participating on the lead quality audit team. Clark transferred to Florida in 1992 and has headed FASTSIGNS® since 2001.

Our Operations Manager, Michelle, just celebrated her 15th year anniversary from joining our team in 2008! She has a Bachelor’s degree from USF St. Petersburg and has been working in the Small Business setting since 1999.

Michelle handles all aspects of the day to day operations of our center. She manages all of the construction/sign permitting processes throughout the region along with the office's various insurance needs. Michelle oversees our Marketing efforts at the local level and is our contact person at the national level with FASTSIGNS International. She also handles the bookkeeping, payables, receivables, and payroll.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She loves to travel the world, going on new adventures, and loves being a mom!

Kurt joined our team in August 2023.  He quickly became an asset to our office as our Inside Sales Representative and Project Manager.  

Kurt was born in Tokyo, Japan, and spent his formative years overseas in Japan, China, Taiwan, and South Korea. At 19, he left South Korea to go to college at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Kurt moved to Florida in 2011 to enjoy the warmth and the sunshine.

Kurt likes to go to music festivals, concerts, play guitar, and play with 3D printers in his spare time.

Sarah joined Fastsigns South Tampa in the summer of 2018, transferring from a high volume Fastsigns center in Clive, Iowa! She has made herself an essential part of the team and is quickly rising as a well-rounded and knowledgeable salesperson in the field of signage, graphics, and visual communications. 

Prior to her FASTSIGNS career, Sarah worked in several businesses, most notable managing a salon for 13 years.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and at the beach.

Introducing Marlen, our talented lead graphic designer! Marlen joined our team in 2024, leaving an immediate impression with her exceptional design skills. Since graduating in 2020 with a degree in graphic design, Marlen has been honing her craft and making waves in the industry. Her expertise has quickly made her an invaluable asset to our team.

In her free time, Marlen enjoys photography, going to concerts, and is a tattoo apprentice!

Bryan joined FASTSIGNS in 2016. He is our CNC Router machinist and an asset to our team. He is responsible for operating and maintaining our router as well as learning new ways to accurately cut and shape a variety of substrates.

Bryan graduated from University of Miami with a Masters in Biomedical Engineering.

Bill brings expertise from a variety of building experiences, spanning everything from standard carpentry and cabinet building to creating and installing rooms designed to replicate recognizable theme park attractions or subjects like under sea adventures.

Outside of work, Bill can usually be found out of doors, usually by some type of water, and generally with his wife, his dog, and his cat. 

A person who thrives in nature, Bill is an avid fisherman, creates bonsai trees and is constantly on the lookout for strange and unusual plants.  Of course, if he is not outside, you can find him in his home workshop building anything from picture frames to end tables to creating solutions for any need around the house
