Motivating Employees With Custom Signs and Graphics

The Challenge

Pond & Company is a full service architecture, engineering, planning and construction firm that needed a way to communicate their core values to employees and visitors. Desiring more than one-dimensional wallpaper, they contacted FASTSIGNS®.

The Solution

A custom display with acrylic and brushed metal accents was designed and installed, providing the look the company wanted. The dimensional display motivates employees, reminding them to “Work Hard, Play Hard, Get Involved and Give Back”.

The Result

The new signage provides a way for employees to read the core values every day. It can be utilized at future Pond & Company offices and updated with new pictures and articles as needed.
