Finishing a Project : Ranch RV & Self-Storage Case Study

The Challenge

Ranch RV & Self-Storage was building a new facility that needed signs and graphics. After being disappointed with the provider they initially chose for the project, they approached FASTSIGNS® mid-project to step in and complete it.

The Solution

Over 870 identification, wayfinding, regulatory and décor signs were created for the project. Illuminated channel letters and monument signs identify and draw attention to the new facility, while keeping a consistent look with the architecture of the buildings. Inside the lobby, dimensional letters on the front desk visually greet customers. Custom wallpaper provides a brand-friendly focal point. Unit identification signs were added to each storage unit to help guide customers around the large property. Instructional and warning signs on the front gate keep customers informed and encourage safety.

The Result

The project was completed well before the 12-week timeline and was under budget. The customer was ecstatic with the outcome and is working with FASTSIGNS on signs and visual graphics for other storage facilities.
