Kaicey began her career at FASTSIGNS in 2022 as an Inside Sales/ Customer Service role. In just a few short years, she has taken on permitting, vendor selection and was promoted to our Office Manager position. While keeping the rest of us inline and being my handler, she truly excels at working with clients. Clients love this girl!
Leaning in and helping the rest of the team comes natural to Kaicey, she can often be found in the production area helping make signs, printing last minute projects and running products to clients. Feel free to call the shop and chances are, she is the team member that you are speaking with.
Andreia started at here at FASTSIGNS in 2015 as a Graphic Designer. Her plan was to work here for three years, gain the experience that she needed and move on. Her plans changed as she developed a passion for the business.
She has been promoted to Production Manager, then on to Operations Manager by demonstrating her unwavering commitment to the team. Andreia has become invaluable to our FASTSIGNS center and has the "never quit" attitude that all organizations long for. On top of being a Graphic Designer and our Operations Manager, she is an incredible vinyl installer!
Did I mention that she was born and raised in Portugal? She moved to the United States at the age of 14 and learned to speak perfect english. She later went on to serve in the US Air Force as a Security Forces airman.
In 2024, Kennedy join our team and quickly became a sales pro! Her dedication to learning, education and using peer resources has helped her become the sales leader that she is today. With a background in medical/ cosmetic customer relations, she has applied her customer oriented personality to helping clients find the right solutions for their applications.
Kennedy proudly served in the US Navy (Go NAVY!) as an aircraft mechanic. Leadership, problem solving and perseverance are all tools that she took from the Navy and brought to FASTSIGNS. We are proud to have her "onboard" and grateful for the professionalism that brings everyday.
I'm Shane Weddle, proud owner of FASTSIGNS in Fort Walton Beach/ Destin, Florida. With a background in the US Navy and the National Guard, I am a dedicated patriot and have a deep appreciation for those who have served or are currently serving in the military. I've also been a manufacturing leader in several market sectors with a focus on leadership and development. As a Licensed Electrical Sign Specialist, I bring my expertise and passion for quality signage to every project.

James joined our FASTSIGNS team in 2024 on our Installation/ Production team. He was quickly able to apply his career in signs to our local shop. From cutting, welding, fabricating and installing signs, to troubleshooting and performing site surveys, James is able to complete a project and get it done right the first time.
We are fortunate to have a fabricator and installer like James on staff with us. His skillset brings a ton of value to our team and to our clients bottom line.

Jonah joined our FASTSIGNS team in 2025. With a natural servant leadership style, he quickly became someone that our team could lean on. Showing up early, finding ways to be productive and asking how he can help, he made an immediate impact.
As a first year sign maker, he has become very proficient in the shop and on site installing. Attitude goes a long way, but he also had the aptitude to go along with a great attitude. Here's to a great career in the sign business!
