We are very excited to shine a client spotlight on Mini Mays. They have been working very hard on opening Mini Mays Cookies. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner about the new cookie store, and learning more about this exciting new project.
Question One: Tell me a little bit about yourself! How long have you been with the company?
I've been with Debrodniks Real Bake Company since 2012. I am currently helping to get Mini May Cookies up and running.
Question Two: Tell us a little bit about Mini Mays Cookies?
Mini May Cookies is a gourmet cookie bakery that uses real and simple ingredients to bake amazing and delicious premium cookies - perfect for every celebration and every day.
Question Three: How were you involved with this project?
I helped to create the recipes when we operated a sandwich shop/bakery in 2012. Our cookies were a big draw and were offered along with donuts, as part of our lunch combo.
Question Four: What are some of your highlights of the project so far?
Getting to revive our old recipes, and eat lots of cookies again!
Question Five: Were there any challenges? How did you overcome them?
The main challenges would be construction related, but I leave that to partners to deal with.
Questions Six: How did FASTSIGNS help you achieve your goals?
We have found FASTSIGNS to be great to work with because we have a list of several signage and decorative elements that we need created, we give a bit of detail and Laura is able to quickly create the concept for us and before you know it, the elements are being installed in real life.
Question Seven: Is there anything else you want to tell our readers?
Working with FASTSIGNS has been easy and most importantly, not time consuming. Everything for the most part, can be done by email which means you can quickly review and approve elements in between all the other work you're juggling.
