Gus and Lilian Hernandez decided to move to Port St. Lucie after starting and operating a successful export and personalization business in Miami, Florida. They needed to expand their successful business, so partnering with a proven system such as FASTSIGNS was the perfect choice. The Treasure Coast is where this Venezuelan-born couple decided to eventually call home for their family and for their business. Prior to FASTSIGNS, Gus gained expertise owning a computer company and Electrical Contracting company before working for the Miami Dade County School System for 23 years. These kept Gus and Lilian incredibly busy, as they handled all of the online orders, billing, personalization, customer service and the accounting orders for the last 7 years.

When you visit the center, you’ll be greeted by Joseph Brady, the Visual Communications Specialist. He has a background in customer service and has been a service technician since 2005. Joe’s proactive approach and receiving, processing and communicating skills help to fully serve all customers.The team also consists of James Warden, the Graphic designer, and Production Specialist, who has been in the sign industry for over 22 years in PSL. He knows every facet from business cards to billboards and can provide expert attention to achieving the look that clients want. The team also provides customers with bi-lingual support.
