Meet Our Team

What do I like most about FASTSIGNS?
What I love most about FASTSIGNS is how as a team, we are able to creatively solve business communication needs. Every day brings a new challenge on how we need to design, fabricate, and then install that will help customers reach their business goals. My team does an excellent job of coming together to make sure client needs are met on time and above expectations. Daily meetings are always a brainstorm session and I love the culture of shared success we celebrate together.
How have I grown at FASTSIGNS?
Well, pizza Fridays have not been kind to my waistline! However, I have been able to learn how to manage complex projects and oversee numerous facets of jobs from start to finish. I daily learn new ”ways” or “techniques” from my team on how to creatively find solutions to communication problems.
Hobbies outside FASTSIGNS
I am an avid coffee drinker, always needing to sniff out some new fancy cortado or espresso. If it was not ground today or brought to the perfect temperature I need another. As a father of 2 wonderful kids, I spend a decent amount of time working on my Dad Jokes; or should I say RAD Jokes, am I right!? I enjoy eating out a lot; and typically that means some sort of burrata tartufo cheese or finding a hole in the wall, undiscovered Portuguese restaurant.

What do you like most about FASTSIGNS?
I’ve been a graphic designer in the sign industry since 2009, and like finding creative solutions for signage needs. I enjoy the variety of all the different signage applications.
How have you grown at FASTSIGNS?
I am constantly finding new ways to streamline workflows to eliminate wasted time.
What are your hobbies outside of FASTSIGNS?
I enjoy being creative. I paint, create music, and spend a lot of time in nature.

Meet Joshua Miller, a key member of the FASTSIGNS team for the past six years! From operating the CNC cutter, flatbed printer, and laminators on the shop floor to maneuvering the boom truck for high-flying installations, Joshua does it all. Whether he's installing detailed vinyl wall graphics or securing large exterior signage, his eye for precision ensures every project looks sharp.

When he isn't executing installations or running the printers, you can find Joshua on the golf course or pulling for his favorite sports teams: UConn basketball, the Giants, Scuderia Ferrari in F1, and Manchester United.

What I love most about FASTSIGNS?

What I love most about FASTSIGNS is that every single day brings a brand-new challenge. I love having to think completely outside of the box to curate tailored solutions—sometimes even feeling like we have to figure out creative ways to "defy the laws of physics" to make a vision happen!

How have I grown at FASTSIGNS?

I've grown so much by constantly soaking up new methods and techniques from everyone I work with. It's taught me to truly appreciate that every person brings their own unique skill set to the table, and figuring out how to blend those different perspectives is how we consistently pull off complex projects together.

Hobbies outside FASTSIGNS

The majority of my free time is spent with my family, and when I'm not chasing down a child fleeing on a scooter or chauffeuring for after-school events, you'll usually find me deep into some creative obsession—whether that's cooking a four-course meal for a game night with friends, perfecting a cocktail recipe, redesigning my living room until it resembles an indoor jungle, painting yet another space themed piece, or diving into a 3D printing project.
