Our Community

At FASTSIGNS® of Daytona Beach, FL, we believe that strong communities build strong businesses. This is why one of our key objectives is to be an Impactful Community Partner, and we do that by being volunteering members with local civic and non-profits in Volusia County. Our team shares in the passion to make an impact in our clients’ businesses and the responsibility of being a positive impact in our community.

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.”   - 1 Peter 4:10

Legacy Project: Story Born Learning Trails (2026–2028)

From Impact to Legacy: A Regional Education Initiative

What began as a localized vision in 2025 has evolved into a regional legacy. In a unique tripartite partnership, AdventHealth, the Early Learning Coalition of Volusia and Flagler Counties, and FASTSIGNS Daytona Beach have joined forces to transform simple walks in the park into immersive educational journeys.

The Pilot Project: Sunrise Park, Holly Hill

The City of Holly Hill unanimously approved this 1,590-foot interactive path, designed to turn outdoor recreation into an open-air classroom. The project centers on the scientific reality that 90% of brain growth occurs before age five, encouraging caregivers to use everyday interactions—reading, talking, and playing—as essential building blocks for school readiness.

Bringing Learning to Life

As an equal partner in this initiative, FASTSIGNS Daytona Beach serves as the Design & Signage Partner. By creating vibrant, playful, and visually stunning elements, FASTSIGNS does more than just install signs; they beautify the parks and bring the "Story Born" curriculum to life, making the learning process engaging and accessible for every child.

Regional Expansion

Following the overwhelming success in Holly Hill, the cities of Deltona, New Smyrna Beach, and Palm Coast have committed to installing their own trails. All three partners—the Early Learning Coalition, AdventHealth, and FASTSIGNS—remain fully committed to these three upcoming park projects, ensuring that families across the region have free access to world-class early childhood development tools.

Why, we Chamber? We chamber because we believe that strong businesses build stronger communities. We know the importance of building stronger business connections through networking and community initiatives. We value the work that the Chambers do on our behalf, and we feel it is crucial to be at the table and present as active members.

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION WORK

Why Focus on Diversity in the Workplace?

Statistics on diversity in the workplace show that most companies need to consider greater inclusivity to create a more diverse workforce. Executives know that a diverse workforce - including differing races, religions, ages, genders and sexual orientations, persons with disabilities and more - provides greater depth in perspective and viewpoints for the company. Those elements assist in developing new products and novel ways to cater to customers.

It is our GOAL not only to continue to learn but also to be at the forefront of executing Diversity  and Inclusion in the workplace, while making an impact through initiatives in our network and community.

The Equity Diversity and Inclusion Council (EDI) was created to help implement action items to support the position of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce on issues related to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the business sector.

This video was composed of willing community business owners, partners and residents that shared their feelings and words with the purpose of illustrating the importance of EDI at a Chamber/Business level.

YOUR WHY, is OUR WHY…
