Women-Owned Construction Business Promotes With a Twist
Inspired by their parents, two sisters embarked on an adventure to open their own non-union construction company, ADPM. They needed to build brand identity from the ground up that highlighted their uniqueness and experience.
As an ode to the societal oxymoron of women owning a construction company, and to honor one of the sister’s survival of breast cancer, their logo was designed in pink and white. The new logo was carried throughout the new company’s marketing touchpoints and applied to signs, vehicles, a pop-up exhibit and trade show giveaways like mugs, pens and even candy.
Vinyl graphics were placed on generators, company vehicles and other construction equipment. Office doors were covered with large digitally printed images of the logo and a logoed mat was the final touch that brought their newly renovated office space to life.
The rebrand and trade show efforts launched ADPM and the owners have had great business projects and were spotlighted as “Women to Watch in Business” for 2017.
