(LOUISVILLE, KY) March 17, 2021 — Local sign and graphics providers FASTSIGNS® of Louisville, KY received Wide-Format & Signage magazine’s Project of the Year Award at the 2021 Virtual FASTSIGNS/Signwave International Convention for the comprehensive visual communication solution their team created for UofL Health.
UofLHealth finalized a significant expansion in November of 2019, growing the already impressive healthcare organization to include 5 Hospitals, 4 Medical Centers, Frazier Rehab Institute, the Brown Cancer Center, and hundreds of physician care offices. The scope of the project included a rebranding of the newly acquired buildings and spaces. To accomplish this, FASTSIGNS worked with the Senior VP of Operations, the Marketing Department, and the Facilities Engineering Department to coordinate the large-scale project.
FASTSIGNS provided the exterior signage updates including channel letters, monument sign panel updates, and window graphics and lettering. The transformation went smoothly and efficiently, causing minimal disruption to hospital operations. The new signs and graphics from FASTSIGNS helped provide a feeling of unity with the hospital staff while communicating to patients they were in trusted, capable hands.
